Kazan citizens are invited to the “Cultural Wednesday”: breakdance, lezginka, poems and potpourri on an accordion

The event will take place at the site near the Puppet Theater “Ekiyat”.

(KZN.RU, July 17). Today events will be held on the site near the Puppet Theater “Ekiyat” as part of the traditional project “Cultural Wednesday”. A concert with performances of vocal and dance bands of the republic, as well as various competitions and master classes are prepared for residents and guests of the city.

The cultural center “Zalesny will present the program”. At the concert, citizens will get acquainted with folk songs and dances. Thus, the program includes the performance of the choreographic group “Kazan Kichlere”, which will dance lezginka. And musician Farid Gazizov will perform a potpourri on an accordion. The program of the concert also includes reading poems, playing kurai and harmonica, Indian dances, breakdancing, and others.

Master classes in decorative and applied arts and making flowers from foamiran will be held for everyone. And the most active citizens will be able to join the interactive project “Live Dances” and master basic dance moves.

“Cultural Wednesday” starts at 5 pm. The concert program will last until 6.20 pm, and the project “Live Dances” until 7.20 pm, reports the Department of Culture.
