Azat Nigmatzyanov: “All objects of defrauded shareholders must undergo state examination”

During the meeting, the first deputy head of the Executive Committee inspected the progress of work on a number of problematic objects in the city.

(KZN.RU, December 5, Alsu Safina). Today, the problem residential building №4 on Chetaev Street in Kazan will be provided with the heating. Now 90 people work there, and the facade work has begun. This became known at the meeting with the participation of representatives of contractors, grid companies and shareholders. Azat Nigmatzyanov, the first deputy head of the Executive Committee, inspected the progress of work in the buildings of the residential complex “Molodezhny” on Chetaev Street and in the 68th quarter.

The morning meeting began traditionally at the construction site of the residential complex “Molodezhny” (Noksinsky Spusk). There are finishing works in the first house now, the preparation for the ventilation system is underway. The facility currently employs 35 people. Azat Nigmatzyanov asked the representatives of the contractor “Ak Tash” why the number of workers decreased, because 70 people worked there only a month ago. As it turned out, it is planned to return all workers to the facility and to intensify the work today, after the contractor has updated the heating and ventilation projects. Later, in communication with shareholders, A. Nigmatzyanov called the issue with an individual heating station a matter of principle. Only after its installation it will be possible to put the heating into the house.

The meeting also identified the timing of installation of the distribution switchgear. It is expected that work will be completed by the end of December.

The work is continuing on the second house of the RC “Molodezhny”. There are two contractors at the site now: the OOO “GC Story” and “Ak Tash”. In order to complete the work in the first stage, the “GC Story” needed the remaining concrete products. It is expected that the latest products will be delivered to the construction site in the near future. After that, within 20 days, “GC Story” will complete the work, and one of the two tower cranes could be removed.

The shareholders of the fifth house came to the meeting. That house has been just piles for several years. The first deputy head of the Executive Committee informed them that work on this house could be started only after the sources of funding are determined. This is done by the Republican Foundation to support persons affected by the actions of unscrupulous developers.

Shareholders expressed fears that a school would be built on stilts of their houses. Azat Nigmatzyanov dispelled these rumors. He noted that not far fr om the complex, a general educational institution had already been built for residents of the micro-district. The school №183 opened its doors on September 1. The first deputy head of the Executive Committee told the shareholders that about 30 land plots for the construction of schools were reserved in the city. However, the area wh ere the fifth house should be built is not included in them.

Azat Nigmatzyanov noted that before starting work, it will be necessary to confirm the suitability of the piles through a specialized organization.

The meeting continued in the residential building №4 on Chetaev Street. At the moment, the installation of an input distributing device has also been completed in full. Today, before lunch, the heating will be provided into the residential part of the house. It will take about three days to warm the floors. After that, the workers will proceed to the semi-dry screed floors, plastering work will continue. Now 90 people work in the house, including electricians, heating specialists, ventilation and low-current networks, said Andrey Belyakov, the director of the OOO “Briz”. In addition, a solution was found for elevators, a home technical inspection was carried out and a report was prepared.

At the same time, work on the facade is carried out, cradles are installed, and balcony metal structures are strengthened. “In the course of the work, minor deficiencies are found, the contractor is now eliminating them”, the first deputy head of the Executive Committee informed the shareholders after the meeting. The installation of ventilation facades is planned in the house, and now the windows are being reinstalled. A. Nigmatzyanov marked that those windows that do not meet the standards will be replaced.

One of the most important was the question of communications. Thus, today temporary electricity will be provided in a permanent pattern. The situation with plumbing is more difficult. “It needs to be looped out, because the existing water supply is sufficient for water supply, but its capacity is not enough for firefighting, which does not meet the standards”, said Azat Nigmatzyanov. To hook up the networks, you need to lay 240 m of the water conduit. These works were not included in the original estimate. In this regard, Azat Nigmatzyanov appealed to Ivan Novikov, the executive director of the Republican Foundation for Support of Persons Affected by Unfair Developers, to provide additional funding for connection to the networks “Vodokanal”. “The laying of the conduit will help to unite with the third house in the future”, added A. In addition, four-floor windows were replaced, two sides of the front of the house were dismantled, and the roof of the house would be examined later.

A shareholder of the first block of the house asked whether the insulation will be changed. Azat Nigmatzyanov explained that everything that does not meet the standards is subject to replacement. The director of the “Briz” paid attention to the fact that the disassembled sides of the facade had already been examined, the insulation does not fulfill its functions and must be replaced.
