Architects from Bishkek to take part at the Kazanysh international forum

A delegation from Kyrgyzstan arrived in Kazan to exchange experience

A delegation from Bishkek headed by Deputy Chief Architect of the capital of Kyrgyzstan Nazgul Koibagarova arrived in Kazan to study best practices for the implementation of the Master Plan and development of the city.

During the visit, the delegation met with the chief architect of Kazan Ilsiyar Tukhvatullina. At the meeting, the parties discussed the issues of the formation of land plots and the development of urban planning documentation. The guests were particularly interested in the process of transition from paper to online document management.

The head of the prefecture Old Town Niyaz Usmanov discussed with the delegation from Bishkek the experience of preserving historical buildings of the unique ensemble of the national Tatar architecture of the Old Tatar settlement. The delegation also visited the complex of architectural, historical and archaeological monuments on the territory of the Kazan Kremlin, the extreme park "URAM" and the National Library of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In order to exchange experience in of architectural and urban planning, representatives of the municipal enterprise “Bishkek City Architecture” expressed a desire to strengthen relations and continue cooperation with the Kazan City Hall. Ilsiyar Tukhvatullina, the Chief architect of Kazan, invited her colleagues to take part in the upcoming international architectural and construction Forum “Kazanysh”.
