"Ak tash" company announced work completion in first house of problem HC "Molodezhny"

It is expected that the construction and installation works will be completed by September 20, and the conclusion of compliance will be received by September 30.

(KZN.RU, August 2, Alsu Safina). The first house of the HC "Molodezhny" on Noksinsky spusk Street in the Sovietsky district of Kazan is planned to be completed by September 20, to get the conclusion of Gosstroynadzor for the compliance of the object with the requirements of technical regulations and project documentation by 30 September. Today such terms were announced at the construction site by Gazinur Akhmetov, the director of LLC "AK Tash", which is engaged in the completion of the house in the problem residential complex "Fon". Azat Nigmatzyanov, the first deputy head of the Executive Committee, held an exit meeting with the participation of contractors and representatives of network organizations.

Now there are finishing works and glazing of stained-glass windows in the first house of "Molodezhny", the stage of engineering support is being come to the end, in particular, installation of ITP. In total, about 40 people are working at the object.

Among the main issues today is the re-examination of project documentation. Azat Nigmatzyanov instructed the designers within a week to transfer to "Ak tash" all the necessary documents for their further direction for examination. In addition, the first deputy head of the Executive Committee asked the representatives of "AK Tash" the schedule of construction and installation works, which should be completed by September 20.

Another condition for the delivery of the first house of "Molodezhny" is the completion of work using a tower crane on the next second house. Today the crane is standing – the brickwork on the area of 150 cubic meters is left to be carried and the partitions on 7 floors have to be installed.

As G.Akhmetov told, the issue with financing of works in the second house still remains unresolved. We will remind that one of the options is to provide the company with a compensation land, for which the contractor will work on the object. Despite the fact that the issue of funding sources remains open today, the head of "Ak tash" assured that by the end of September, the delivery of the first house and the work with the tower crane will be completed. According to him, now a large number of specialists are involved in the construction of social facilities, as the work is completed, they will be involved in the houses of the residential complex "Molodezhny".

We should recall, the residential complex "Molodezhny" includes 5 houses, of which two have been commissioned today, two more objects are being worked on. Last autumn "Ak Tash" began to complete the 20-storey first house of the residential complex "Fon". The work was started in the second 14-16-storey building. Initially the LLC "GC "Stroy" was attracted as a contractor, now "AK-Tash" is being carried out. The fifth house of residential complex for several years is at the stage of piles.

Marat Samigullin, the head of the Department of Capital Construction and Reconstruction, Diana Akhmetzyanova, the director of LLC "Fon-Riviera", Sergey Orlov, the technical director of GC "Fon", the representatives of network organizations and city services attended the meeting.
