Azat Nigmatzyanov, the first deputy head of the Kazan Executive Committee, urged to speed up the pace of work on the improvement of the territory of house №1 in the residential complex “Molodezhny” during the inspection of problem objects. He also inspected the house №4 on Chetaev Street where all general construction works are scheduled to be completed before the end of the year and talked to shareholders.
The 20-storey building №1 in the residential complex “Molodezhny” is scheduled for delivering next year. The company “Ak Tash” completes the building, the problem object of GC “Fon”. The improvement of the building has been completed by about 30-35% for today. Azat Nigmatzyanov urged to speed up the improvement works and noted that the first layer of asphalt must be laid before next week. “We need to make it before the snow. I understand that you have a lot of problems, but it will be a pity if you don’t manage to lay asphalt before the weather turns bad. In a week, there should be the first layer of asphalt”, said A. Nigmatzyanov. Representatives of the contracting organization promised to perform the planned work in the set time frame.
The first deputy head of the Executive Committee noted that the site is undergoing internal work by heating the building with heat guns. There are also issues. For example, the source of funding has not been determined yet, and the contractor is building on its own funds. This issue needs to be resolved soon. A. Nigmatzyanov and added that the responsible organization works at the facility, so there are no doubts about the quality of work.
Further, the discussion continued at the site of the second house of the residential complex “Molodezhny” where shareholders took an interest in the pace of work. The construction is now led by the GC OOO “SK Story”. The house consists of different sections with 14 and 16 floors. Gulsara Toporkova, a spokeswoman for the shareholders' initiative group, said that she had been waiting for completion of construction since 2011. “I have an apartment in the first line of the house. Every day we control the construction, we have already become specialists”, she noted and asked about the pace of work.
“During the conversation that week, I made a commitment to talk with a supplier of individual plates. He approved and, from today, the plates will be delivered here”, said A. Nigmatzyanov. According to Aigul Gareeva, the head of the contracting organization, the first batch of plates will arrive today and the last at the end of next week. After that, the work with a tower crane will be completed within 20 days, and it can be removed from the site.
Today, the work on finding a new contractor for house №2 is carried out. “We are looking for a contractor who would agree on the cost of work with us. It will be very convenient if the contractor who is in the first house, at least partially takes up the work. But for now, they do not give consent, since there are no confirmation on the sources of financing”, said A. Nigmatzyanov.
In a week, it is planned to mount an input distributing device for electrical work at the facility.
In addition to the houses in the residential complex “Molodezhny”, the first deputy head of the Executive Committee visited the construction site of house №4 in Chetaev Street, a problem object of the OOO “Firma Sway”. The house with 130 apartments is being completed by the OOO “Briz”. Andrey Belyakov, the director of the company, said that at the moment an input distributing device for working with external networks is being completed. It is planned to finish the complete set by November 14. At the moment, the dismantling of the defective roof has been done. On Monday, the workers will start the installation of a new roof.
The water supply networks were fully implemented. Temporary water supply to the facility will be connected in a permanent pattern. At the same time, Andrey Belyakov also added that when laying the aqueduct, one question remained unfinished. In order to loop the network, it is necessary to lay an additional pipe. A. Nigmatzyanov instructed to calculate the cost of work and to resolve this issue in the shortest possible time.
A. Belyakov, the director of the contracting organization, also said that the engine room of the elevator shaft in the building was cast below the standard. Thus, an elevator without an engine room will be built in, and this issue is being worked out with the designers. “By the end of the year, it is planned to complete all general construction work, and to begin commissioning in January”, said the head of the contracting organization.
A. Belyakov, the director of the contracting organization, also said that the engine room of the elevator shaft in the building was cast below the standard. Thus, an elevator without an engine room will be built in, and this issue is being worked out with the designers. “By the end of the year, it is planned to complete all general construction work, and to begin commissioning in January”, said the head of the contracting organization.
In general, more than 80 people work at the facility today. A. Nigmatzyanov said that next week, they will provide heat to the house, they will complete the individual heat point. Heat in the house will be served block by block so as not to delay the finishing work.
Shareholders were also interested in getting apartments. Airat Akhmetkhanov, the deputy head of the Housing Policy Directorate, replied that those citizens who are included in the register on the transfer of residential premises will receive apartments. “
“You are lucky to have such a contractor now. The company is known in the city, they make quality housing. In a week, we will complete the landscaping, which will allow us to complete the work by March”, said A. Nigmatzyanov replied.
Such meetings with shareholders are held weekly to promptly resolve emerging issues on problematic construction sites. Ivan Novikov, the executive director of the Fund for the support of shareholders, representatives of bankruptcy trustees, network organizations and city services, and designers also attended today’s meeting.
