May 7: Kazan celebrates Victory

A flash mob, concerts, and relay will be held in the capital of Tatarstan.

(KZN.RU, May 7). Today, concerts, a track and field athletics relay, a Victory flash mob and other events will be held in Kazan as part of the celebration of the 74th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.

At 12.30 pm, the concert “Victory May” will take place in the park named after Kirov.

On this day, athletics relay will be held in Derbyshki, dedicated to the heroes of the Soviet Union. The start is at 1 pm.

At the same time, the flashmob “Victory!”, one of the highlights of the festive program, will take place on the square near the Kul Sharif Mosque.

The meeting and honoring of the veterans at the stele of KAZ of S. Gorbunova, a branch of PAO “Tupolev”, will also be held at 1 pm. The festive concert “How good the world is without war!” will begin in the House of Veterans (Dubravnaya Street, №35).

At 4 pm, the celebration “We won” will take place on the site in front of the HoC “Krasnaya Gorka”. At 5 pm, a festive concert with the participation of veterans will be held in the park “Krylya Sovetov”. At the same time, the district festival “We remember you, soldier!” will be held at the stadium “Raketa”.
