On June 7, an excursion retro tram will be officially launched in Kazan

Everyone can learn about the history of Kazan from an audio guide during a 40-minute trip.

(KZN.RU, June 5). On June 7, an excursion retro tram will be officially launched in Kazan. Its route runs from the Railway Station to the River Port and back. The tram, the roof of which is decorated with a tyubeteyka and the image of an old man on the front of the car, will start at 10 am.

From June 1, the retro tram was launched in a test mode and successfully passed the test.

During a 40-minute trip, everyone can learn about the history of Kazan, listen to a story about famous personalities living in houses along the route, through an audio guide. The tour is available in 7 languages (Russian, Tatar, English, Chinese, Spanish, French, and German).

A retro tram goes from the Railway Station, passed the Kolkhozny Market, the streets of the Parizhskata Communa, G. Tukay, K. Tinchurin, passes the Bus Station to the River Port. After a short parking (10-17 minutes), the retro tram leaves for the Railway Station.

The residents and guests of the city can take a retro tram from Thursday to Sunday. A more detailed timetable is published on the website of Metroelectrotrans. During the World Cup, the schedule can be changed.

The retro tram salon, issued in 1986, is designed for 22 people. Tourists will be able to listen to national music and try Tatar national cuisine during the tour.
