(KZN.RU, May 15). On May 18, a new season of open-air film screenings opens on the Kaban Lake embankment. On the first day, the audience will watch two short films by young Tatarstan directors. Both films are united by a special view on the theme of war.
The first film will be Alexander Shirmanov's military drama “At Dawn at the End of June”, which premiered in April as part of the “Spring of Kazan Cinema”.
The program will continue with the chamber drama “Echo” directed by Alisa Galieva. The film tells the story of a mushroomer who falls into a trap in a deep forest.
Screenings of the cycle “Time of Cinema at Lake Kaban” will be held weekly provided the good weather conditions.
The screening starts at 9 pm. The filmmakers will communicate with the public after viewing, reports the press office of the Directorate “Time of Cinema”.
