Kazan will host the citywide holiday “First Grade”

<p> (KZN.RU, August 31). On September 1, Kazan will host a citywide holiday “First Grade”. The program includes a game training zone for children, an educational lecture hall, environmental master classes, a food court from Kazan's facilities, a sports ground, and a performance of a band. </p> <p> </p> <p> The holiday is timed to the Day of Knowledge. On this day, a program will be organized for children in the format edutainment (“learning through entertainment”). Children will get an idea of science in a playful form and take part in developing games. Also, an air trainer will work on the site, a unique aircraft simulator. Guests of the holiday will be able to listen to the speeches on the most relevant and useful topics for young people today, try their favorite dishes, and take part in sports activities. Thus, the research institute “Prometey” will present a light-music film “Space Sonata” and a slide-music program “Space Dandelion” with comments by the author Bulat Galeev. In addition, the project “Green Fitness” will give one of the last workouts of the season. </p> <p> </p> <p> Particular attention will be paid to the environmental subject. Citizens will be able to support the project on separate garbage collection, attend master classes on processing clothes and decorating glass. For example, those who wish can exchange glass containers for a decorated bottle made by the master's hands. </p> <p> </p> <p> A cover-band Doratti will perform at the end of the festival. </p> <p> </p> <p> The celebration will take place at the 2nd educational building of the KNRTU-KAI (Chetaev Street, №18), the beginning is at 1 pm, according to the university's website. </p>
