<p> (KZN.RU, July 8, Alina Berezhnaya). The number of registered self-employed citizens is growing in Kazan. Today there are almost 6000 of them. Ildar Shakirov, the deputy head of the Kazan Executive Committee, quoted such data at the Business Monday. He reported on a comprehensive program to support self-employed citizens and spoke about upcoming events. </p> <p> </p> <p> According to Ildar Shakirov, the preparation of new administrative regulations for the placement of signs for the self-employed is at the final stage. A moratorium on fines in this area is already in effect at administrative commissions. Also in terms of access to municipal bargaining, a service for competitive purchases for self-employed is being developed, said I. Shakirov. A separate register of 43 procurement notices for the needs of the city for more than 25 million rubles was created. Self-employed people can execute these orders. </p> <p> </p> <p> The issue of marketing the products is being considered as part of developing a self-employed support program. I. Shakirov reminded that during the celebration of the city Sabantuy, individual sites were organized for the self-employed, where they presented their activities. </p> <p> </p> <p> “This work was analyzed; we received a good response from the self-employed people, as well as from consumers of their services. The event will be repeated in the city parks”, said I. Shakirov. </p> <p> </p> <p> Thus, on 10 and 11 of August, a fair will be organized in the Gorkinsko-Ometievsky Forest, where the self-employed will present their products. All detailed information about participation in the fair can be found in the ANO “Support Center for the Self-Employed” by calling: +7 (965) 585-81-81 and +7 (927) 441-81-43. Applications for participation are accepted until August 8. </p> <p> </p> <p> Financial support for self-employed remains an issue, said I. Shakirov. “So far, they are credited as individuals. We are discussing with the banks the legal basis for creating a new loan product for the self-employed with their further subsidies through the local budget. There are many problems, not all of them find are solved right away, some of them require amendments to federal laws”, explained I. Shakirov. He added that “Ak Bars Bank” and “Sberbank” developed and implemented an application to make the process of registration and interaction of self-employed citizens with various authorities as simple as possible. “The application takes into account the payments. The cash voucher and reports are formed, and the user does not need to submit additional data to the tax. Everything works quickly and conveniently”, said I. Shakirov. </p> <p> </p> <p> Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, noted that the consistency of decisions is important in this work. “We must close all legal flaws in dialogue with self-employed. It is necessary to make a legislative initiative through the State Duma, the State Council of the RT. The self-employed are a huge army, those people who are active, want to work. We must support them”, concluded I. Metshin. </p>
