The head of the Pension Fund of Russia in the Kirov district of Kazan, Savina Guzel Ildarovna, congratulated parents on the replenishment of the family and presented each mother a mother certificate, and also told that in accordance with the Federal Law "On additional measures of state support for families with children," maternity capital may be spent on improving the living conditions of the family, receiving education for children or retiring the mother's savings.
