<p> The construction of the New Wave Hall, the concert venue for the international festival of young pop singers, is being completed in Kazan. Located near the Ak Bars Arena stadium, the facility is 80% complete. Today, the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin inspected the progress of the work. </p> <p> «A new music center, the New Wave Hall, is being built before our eyes. This is a fulfillment of our dream, as the New Wave festival will finally reach the banks of the Volga and Kazanka rivers, and the walls of the Kazan Kremlin,»- emphasized Ilsur Metshin. He noted that Kazan looks forward to the start of the festival and the contestants have already arrived in the capital of Tatarstan. </p> <p> The New Wave Hall, a concert hall delivered to Kazan from the federal territory of Sirius, can accommodate 2,800 spectators. Its structure was completed in just one month. An impressive stage 35 by 25 square meters has already been installed, and the auditorium is still being installed. The stage decorations were delivered to the site on 6 trucks from Sirius. </p> <p> The rehearsals will start on August 17. The organizers note the positive mood and enthusiasm of the finalists, particularly noting the hospitality of Kazan and its national cuisine. </p>
