The work with citizens' appeals is an important activity of the Executive Committee of Kazan. The work with appeals is conducted in accordance with the current legislation: Federal Law №59-FZ from 05/02/2006 “On the Procedure for Considering Appeals of Citizens of the Russian Federation”, the Regulations on the Procedure and Time for Considering Citizens' Appeals to Local Self-Government Bodies of Kazan, approved by the decision of the Kazan City Duma from 04/20/2006 №14-8 (with amends from 10/16/2008 and 04/27/2011).
