Representatives of 23 countries and 60 regions of Russia take part in the event
The international forum «Rebus 2024: Agglomerations – Experience, Opportunities, Challenges» will take place on 14–15 November in Kazan. Representatives from 23 countries, including China, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, and Qatar, as well as from 60 regions of the Russian Federation, will gather at the Kazan Expo to discuss the future of urban development.
The event will feature speakers from ministries, development institutions, industry associations, and leading Russian companies, as well as young urban planners and experts in sustainable urban development.
The program will consist of 16 working sessions and discussions, as well as a plenary session with the participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. All meetings at the forum will focus on agglomerations and issues related to their development, as well as the creation of effective strategies to supporting cities.
The event aims to be practical, with the results of discussions leading to concrete solutions and tools for strategic urban development. These results will be discussed at a state level in order to implement them. A resolution is expected to be developed within the framework of the forum.
Online broadcast of the forum will be available in Russian, English, and Chinese on the website and the event's official page on VKontakte.
