More than 2 thousand tons of snow were removed from Kazan streets per day

181 tons of anti-icing treatment were used on the roads.

(KZN.RU, January 5). 2698 tons of snow were removed from Kazan streets over the past day. In total, 295 road workers and 445 units of special equipment were involved in work on the streets. 97 combined road machines, 71 CRM “Boschung”, 7 snow loaders, 96 brush tractors, 14 graders, 55 wheel loaders, 30 MKSM “Barsik”, 64 dump trucks, and others were among them.

181 tons of anti-icing treatment were used on the roads, including 6 tons of reagent and 175 tons of sand-salt mixture. In total, more than 203 thousand tons of snow were removed from the streets of the city since the beginning of the winter period.

247 road workers will go to the streets of Kazan for snow removal and 208 units of special equipment will be used today, reports the Committee of External Improvement.
