Yulianna Karaulova: “We are watching how the “Good Wave” is becoming a brand”

The Russian singer, the ambassador of the festival believes: such events bring together talents, and new acquaintances can develop into new creative projects.

(KZN.RU, November 30, Alsu Safina). The festival “Good Wave”, despite its youth, is becoming a brand, believes the Russian singer, the festival’s ambassador Yulianna Karaulova. Before the beginning of the gala concert together with other Russian pop stars Valeria and Philipp Kirkorov, she took part in a press conference and shared her impressions of the festival.

“Igor Krutoy and I were together in the jury of the project “Ty super!”, and I witnessed his kindness. During the project, he worked wonders and continues to create them now”, said Yulianna Karaulova. “I think that “New Wave” needs no introduction, it is a really strong brand. Despite the fact that the festival “Good Wave” is only two years old, we are watching how it becomes a brand. Everything Igor Krutoy touches is great”.

The singer admitted that it is a great honor for her to be the ambassador of the festival. “Such events are a consolidation of a huge number of different people and children, important, necessary, vulnerable, and talented”, noted Y. Karaulova. “It's great that they have the opportunity to communicate with each other, that the culture of charity is developing. At this festival, they will find new friends together with whom they will communicate and create, and perhaps this communication and friendship will result in famous creative projects in the future. I hope that it will happen”.

The festival “Good Wave” was created in 2017 on the initiative of Ilsur Metshin and composer Igor Krutoy. It is a platform for the joint creativity of all children, regardless of the limitations of their physical health. On one stage, wards of orphanages, children left without parental care, children from large and low-income families, children with disabilities, and others show their talents. The festival “Good Wave” is held by the Kazan City Hall and the Igor Krutoy Academy of Popular Music with the support of the Government of the RT and the Foundation for Presidential Grants.
