Exhibition halls and museums of the Kazan Kremlin will be closed to visitors

The Museum-Preserve plans to launch online tours and inform about the most interesting exhibits.

From March, 19 to April, 15, museums and exhibition halls of the Kazan Kremlin will be closed to visitors. Such measures are taken to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.

All planned museum events will be rescheduled until the relevant orders of Tatarstan Ministry of culture, according to the website of the museum.

During this period, it is planned to launch online tours and information service about the most interesting exhibits. The news will be published on the official website of the Museum-Preserve.

For information, a special sanitary-epidemiological regime was introduced in Tatarstan on behalf of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov in light of the threat of penetration of the COVID-19. Restrictions on mass cultural and sports events will remain in effect until April 15.
