Sofia Dyakova took part as part of the Tatarstan team

The Tatarstan team won the gold medal in the 4x200 meter freestyle relay, becoming the best team in the competition.

The team was represented by four athletes: Daria Ustinova, Anastasia Kolpakova, Valeria Salamatina, and Sofia Dyakova from Kazan. They achieved a time of 8.2,61. The second place took the Voronezh region team with a time of 8.06.18, and the third place went to St. Petersburg with 8.07,05.

The competitions are taking place in Yekaterinburg, bringing together more than 580 athletes from 56 different regions of Russia. A total of 42 medals will be distributed among the participants, according to the Press Office of the All-Russian Swimming Federation.
