<p> (KZN.RU, December 13). The XXX session of the Kazan City Council of the third convocation began in the Kazan City Hall. 44 deputies out of 49 present, there is a quorum for decision making. Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, holds the meeting. </p> <p> </p> <p> Deputies of the State Council of the RT, representatives of ministries and departments of the republic, heads and officials of the Kazan Executive Committee, and others also take part in the session. </p> <p> </p> <p> Deputies will discuss 11 issues: </p> <p> </p> <p> About the budget of the Kazan Municipality for the 2019 year and the planned period 2020-2021; </p> <p> </p> <p> About amending the decision of the Kazan City Duma “On the budget of the Kazan Municipality for 2018 and the planned period of 2019-2020”; </p> <p> </p> <p> About residents of Kazan who need urgent support in acquiring residential premises under the social mortgage program; </p> <p> </p> <p> About amending  the individual decisions of the Kazan City Duma on the structural units of the Kazan Executive Committee; </p> <p> </p> <p> About amending the map of urban-planning regulations of the Rules of Land Use and Development of Kazan; </p> <p> </p> <p> About amending the decision of the Kazan City Duma “On local standards for urban planning of the Kazan urban district”; </p> <p> </p> <p> About amending the Charter of the Kazan Municipality; </p> <p> </p> <p> About the Kazan City Duma work plan for 2019; </p> <p> </p> <p> About reports to voters in the districts; </p> <p> </p> <p> Organizational issue; </p> <p> Different. </p>
