A series of free exercises in respiratory gymnastics starts in the parks of Kazan

The first class will be held on May 26 in the park “Chernoe Ozero”.

(KZN.RU, May 25). On May 26, a series of free exercises in respiratory gymnastics will be held in Kazan parks under the guidance of Dr. Alexander Ivanov. Everyone will be able to join in outdoor activities, raise vitality, oxygenate the body, and recharge energy for the whole day.

The first class will be devoted to breathing exercises using the Strelnikova method. This is an effective and simple method of recovery, which the doctor has been practicing and teaching for more than 10 years. This gymnastics is for everyone including children from the age of 5 years. Even the elderly can easily cope with the exercises. Gymnastics has a restorative, hardening effect, trains the cardiovascular and respiratory systems. The exercises are effective in the prevention of heart disease, respiratory system, musculoskeletal system.

The holding of the classes will not depend on the weather, neither the rain nor the cold will interfere with gymnastics. The form of clothes is free, not necessarily sports one, even office workers in formal suits can join, reports the management of parks and squares.
