The II stage of the Solidarity Games will take place in Kazan in November

Kazan will host Tatarstan President’s Diving Cup, the Russian Short Course Swimming Championships and international swimming competitions.

From 10 to 25 November, Kazan will host the II stage of the Solidarity Games multidisciplinary international competitions. The sports program includes several tournaments.

“Tatarstan President’s Cup” International Diving Completions is scheduled for November 10 to 13. Juniors of groups A (16-18 years old) and B (14-15 years old) will compete at the tournament.

The Russian Short Course Swimming Championships will take place from 20 to 25 November. The best athletes of the national team will take part in the competitions. On the same days, the capital of the republic of Tatarstan will hold international swimming competitions among young men aged 16 and older and women aged 13 and older, the Directorate of Sports and Social Projects reports.

The completions will be broadcasted on the Match TV channel.

For reference, the first stage of the Solidarity Games was held in Kazan from July 19 to August 3. More than 1,000 athletes took part in the competitions, 376 sets of medals were awarded: 92 in swimming, 32 in diving and 160 in synchronized swimming.

The third and final stage of the Solidarity Games will be held in the capital of the republic of Tatarstan from 8 to 17 December. The participants of the competition will compete for the “Vladimir Salnikov Cup” in swimming, the “Svetlana Romashina Cup” in synchronized swimming and the “Dmitry Sautin Cup” in diving.
