18 thousand people visited the main city's Christmas tree at the Family Center “Kazan” on New Year's Eve

<p> (KZN.RU, January 1, Ksenia Shvetsova). About 18 thousand people visited the site near the Family Center “Kazan” on New Year's Eve where the main city tree was installed. A rich festive program was prepared for Kazan citizens and guests of the city which lasted fr om 10 pm to 2 am. </p> <p> </p> <p> The venue at the Chasha, wh ere the FIFA Fans Festival was held in 2018, greeted the guests with an amazingly beautiful view of the Kazan Kremlin and a rich cultural program. Adults and children saw performances by musical bands, DJs, games, dances, attractions and winter entertainment in the ice town. </p> <p> </p> <p> Citizens shared their impressions, plans, and dreams in interviews that were broadcast on the big screen on the stage. The film crew of one of the federal TV channels told the whole country how the New Year was celebrated at the main venue of Kazan. </p> <p> </p> <p> The same merry celebration of the new 2019 took place in the park “Chernoe Ozero”. This year, another city tree shone with bright lights and an ice rink opened there. On New Year's Eve, about 10 thousand residents and guests of Kazan visited the park. Their congratulations on the holiday and wishes for the 2019 year were broadcast on the big screen. In addition, the broadcast of video messages of the President of the RT and the President of Russia was organized in the park and near the Chasha.
