This year’s first humanitarian cargo with a total weight of 88 tons was shipped to Lisichansk and Rubezhnoye

Rustam Minnikhanov and Ilsur Metshin gave the start to the convoy

The Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Kazan Mayor Ilsur Metshin took part in the shipment of the first humanitarian cargo in 2024 to Lisichansk and Rubezhnoye. As part of the Good Kazan campaign, five trucks with food, household chemicals, warm clothes, medicines, auto parts, construction materials and musical instruments were loaded for residents of towns supported by the republic. The total weight of the cargo is 88 tons.

Rustam Minnikhanov and Ilsur Metshin met with the drivers of trucks loaded with humanitarian cargo. The heads of the republic and the city wished them a safe trip. In turn, the drivers said that residents of Lisichansk and Rubezhnoye are looking forward to the arrival of the convoy. Humanitarian cargo is transported on KAMAZ trucks, according to the drivers, they are very convenient to use.

Residents of Lisichansk and Rubezhnoye will receive long-term food products (canned meat, fish and vegetables, groceries, baby food), household chemicals, as well as warm clothes, medicines, auto parts and construction materials.

Now these towns need components to ensure the smooth operation of municipal enterprises. Steel pipes, bends, gate valves, ball valves are used to restore municipal networks of towns, and for urban facilities – roofing, sheet materials and building materials.

Car parts, including rubber, car batteries, generators, as well as engine oil, will be delivered to service the bus fleet of Lisichansk and Rubezhnoye.

In addition, the Lisichansk children's music school No. 2 will receive musical instruments, such as a saxophone, a violin, a speaker system and a mixing console.
