At the end of May the tower crane will leave the second house of the RC «Molodezhny»

The territory improvement and the acceptance of the first house will start here.

(KZN.RU, March 27, Alsu Safina). In Kazan work was continuing on the problem objects of the mortgaged housing construction. So, at the end of May the tower crane is leaving the second house of the RC «Molodezhny» on Noksinsky Spusk. Soon the territory improvement and the acceptance of the first house will start here. Besides, the company is searching for  sources of financing for work completion in the RC «Tsaritsynsky bugor» on Fuchik street. Azat Nigmatzyanov, the first deputy head of the Executive Committee,  announced it at the weekly meeting.

«It  is important to document up the agreed time-frame, and go by the timing»

The construction of the residential complex «Molodezhny» by OC «Fon» started in the beginning of 2010s and was stopped in a few years because of builder's bankruptcy. At the end of 2015 the fourth house of the RC was put into operation, and at the end of 2017 the third house was.

The work on the first and second houses were resumed in the autumn of 2018. The contractor on the first house for 108 apartments was the OC «Ak Tash». A part of work on the second house which consists of 14th and 16-storeyed sections, was executed by OC «GoC«BC System».

Today more than 50 persons (21 specialist are on the first house and 32 persons are on the second one) are working on the construction site of two objects. One of the main news of the conference were the plans of the contractor to remove the crane from the second house at the end of May. «Until we remove the crane, it will be impossible to hand in the first house, even if it will be entirely ready, - noted Azat Nigmatzyanov. - It is necessary to finish the work to let the crane leave the construction site».

Besides on the first house the contractors are installing an individual thermal item (ITI) and introduction-distributing device (IDD). Now we have some questions on networks, in particular, water-supply, as well as has to finish interior set-up. «I should document up the agreed time-frame, and go by the timing», - said the first deputy of the Executive Committee, answering the questions of Helena Semenova's initiative group of shareholders. Also we will be taken into account other questions, for example, connected with lifts.

Talking about the territiry improvement of the first house, А.Nigmatzyanov informed that the work is supposed to begin when the weather gets warmer. «Is that the second asphalt layer will be placed?» - asked Helena Semenova. «Yes. Then, to the end of the summer, «Ak tash» will decorate the schools. Therefore it is important to them to finish all these works here», - noted the first deputy of the Executive Committee.

The shareholders of the second house came to the meeting as well. «We are interested in making not only a part of the object, but also to see the whole house. Due to the the Fund for the Support of Shareholders we want to fix documentary agreed cost and terms. Now, at last, «Ak tash» presented the cost of the second house», - told А.Nigmatzyanov.

The fifth house of the RC «Molodezhny» is ready less. At the present the sources of financing have not been yet determined. It was learned two weeks ago, the construction of the object can be supported with federal funds.

Next to the RC «Molodezhny» there is one more problem object of «Fon» - the RC «Tsaritsynsky bugor». The house with five entrances for 241 apartment on Fuchik street was planned to hand in stage by stage, in particular, the decision on three entrances for 144 apartments was found there. Once the agreement of the financing sources was signed with OC «Fon», the contractor «Atlant», and the initiative group of shareholders. The agreement, in particular, assumed that the shareholders would buy the parking zones out. Besides it was planned to direct the saved money of OC «Fon» to finish the construction of the object and all the works. Together with the first block of the house it was supposed to hand in parking for 195 places, at the same time the first three entrances would be given about 100 places.

«The house has heating, electric power, and lifts, - complains Galina Nikiforova, the representative of the shareholder initiative group of the RC «Tsaritsynsky bugor». - The shareholders took part in cofinancing, gathered a high amount of money - 53 million roubles. «Atlant» installed engineering networks and conducted a series of works. It was necessary to give at least an additional 30 million roubles, but the house is never handed over. It has been standing for three years...».

«Once when we began to work there was one idea - how to hand in the house. But the rules of game have changed, the Fund for the Support of Shareholders is organised now, - explained Azat Nigmatzyanov. - It is necessary to find position with the source of financing, and now this work is being going on. We are waiting for the acknowledgement from the Fund for the Support of Shareholders. There is a little bit work, but we will build the house stage by stage».

Marat Samigulin, the head of the Capital Construction and Reconstruction Office, Ivan Novikov, the executive director of the Fund for the Support of Shareholders, Airat Akhmetkhanov, the deputy head of the Department of Housing Policy, also attended the meeting.
