The traffic will be restricted in Kazan during the WorldSkills Championship

(KZN.RU, July 18). During the preparation and holding of the WorldSkills Championship, the traffic will be limited in Kazan and changes will be made to the traffic organization plans. The corresponding decree was signed by the Executive Committee of the city.

Restrictions on the movement of vehicles will be introduced from 4 pm to 11 pm on August 21 and 22, from 4 pm on August 26 to 1 am on August 27, from 4 pm on August 27 to 1 am on August 28.

The traffic will be restricted in the following sections of the city’s road network:

Sibgat Khakim Street in both directions, in the area from Amirkhan Prospect to Chistopolskaya Street;

Chistopolskaya Street in both directions, on the section from Sibgat Khakim Street to the egress on Yamashev Prospect forward Academic Arbuzov Street and from Gavrilov Street to the house №75 on Chistopolskaya St.reet

The egress to Chistopolskaya Street from intra-driveways in the area of houses at Chistopolskaya Street, №85a and №79;

The bypass bridge of the 3rd transport dam in both directions, in the section from the egress from Yamashev Prospect to the bypass bridge to Yamashev Prospect

A bypass road around the stadium “Kazan Arena”;

The reversal loop under the 3rd transport dam in both directions;

Also, from 6 am on August 10 to 10 pm on August 30, the traffic will be restricted to local travel to the backup road for Pobedy Prospect in both directions at the egress from the side of Mavlyutov Street and Pobedy Prospect;

From 6 am to 9 pm from August 23 to August 26, in the territory of the Kazan Tennis Academy, in the section from the egress from Pobedy Prospect in the direction of the Orenburgsky Tract, on the internal driveway from the Orenburgsky Tract to Akademik Parin Street in both directions;

From 6 am to 9 pm from August 23 to August 26, the parking area in front of the EC “Kazanskaya Yarmarka”;

From 6 am to 4 pm on August 24 on Pushkin Street, from Karl Marks Street to Bolshaya Krasnaya Street in both directions;

From 6 am to 4 pm, on August 18 and 20, the traffic will be restricted to the parking area of the Millennium Square from the side of the Central Stadium;

From 6 am to 11 pm on August 18 and 20, in the territory adjacent to the International equestrian complex “Kazan”.

Restrictions do not apply to vehicles equipped with special permits according to the forms defined by the ANO “Directorate of Sports and Social Projects”, vehicles of emergency and operational services.
