Azat Abzalov, the head of the Department of Culture, told about details of the exciting New Year's contest at the Business Monday in the Executive Committee. </p> <p> </p> <p> Everyone is welcome to participate in the contest. Groups fr om two people need to present their New Year's programs in costumes. From 20 to 23 of December, the presentation of these programs with the drawing of Christmas souvenirs will be held on city streets. “When choosing the winner, the score of the professional jury and the number of votes obtained during the online voting in the official Instagram account of the competition (@Narodnydedmoroz) will be taken into account. Summing up the competition and awarding the winners will be held on the eve of the New Year at the opening of the main city Christmas tree on the square near the Family Center “Kazan”, said A. He congratulated the participants of the All-Russian Cultural and Charitable Festival gala-concert “Good Wave”. On the first day of winter, he organized a colorful holiday for children and their parents in the Uritsky Park, opened the winter season for Nordic walking along with Kazan Zhiznelubs, met with young patients of the neurosurgery department of the RCH, pupils of an orphanage and needy families. In addition, the New Year wizard visited the renewed park “Komsomolets”, wh ere he, together with Kazan citizens, hung feeders for birds. </p>
