Information models of yards will be developed in Kazan

<p> In 3 years of the implementation of the Our Yard republican program, the territories of 1,356 apartment buildings worth 7.5 billion rubles have been landscaped. This year, work is planned in 274 yards, which cover 482 apartment buildings. This was announced by the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin at the 21st session of the Kazan City Duma. </p> <p> He noted that at the end of the program implementation, 2,300 yards or 66% of the plan will be landscaped in Kazan, while 34% of the yards that were included into the program according to the results of the initial inventory of the Technical Inventory Bureau will remain uncovered at the current funding limit since prices for materials and landscaping work change from year to year. </p> <p> The Mayor thanked the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov for the yard renovation program and requested its continuation for the improvement of the remaining yards in Kazan. </p> <p> “Today it is important to preserve them carefully, so we have started work on developing information models of yards that are loaded into a Complex geoinformation system and are constantly updated. We will know everything about our yards – from the borders and the area of green areas and playgrounds to the size of pipes and manholes. We will see accidents in real time, as well as the quality of yard cleaning and garbage collection, and violations of the rules of landscaping,”- I. Metshin said. </p>
