A creative evening with the legend of Soviet cinema Vasily Lanovoy will be held in Kazan

The program is based on a solo performance of an artist on the theme of war.

(KZN.RU, May 30). A creative evening of Vasily Lanovoy, the People's Artist of the USSR will be held on June 6 in the Great State Concert Hall named after S. Saidashev. The legend of Soviet cinema will perform in the framework of the public and patriotic campaign “Thank you for your loyalty, descendants!”. The program is based on a solo performance of an artist on the theme of war.

The program of the event includes memories of the war, reading war poems, and singing songs. The concert will be attended by vocalists. Also, the audience will hear a story about the social and patriotic movement “Immortal Regiment. Russia” with the screening of video series.

The famous artist will perform in the framework of the campaign “Thank you for your loyalty, descendants!” for a reason. This action, named after the poem by the poet Robert Rozhdestvensky, was created in 2014. Its main goal is to preserve the memory of the valor and heroism of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War, the patriotic upbringing of the younger generation. Vasily Lanovoy embodied in his roles the image of a real Russian officer, full of courage, valor, and honor. He personifies the collective image of a generation who won a terrible war.
