The last delayed building at the Molodezhny residential complex was commissioned in Kazan

Azat Nigmatzyanov handed over a commissioning permit to a developer at a meeting with equity holders.

One more delayed construction apartment building of the “Fon” company on Noksinsky descent has been commissioned in Kazan- the fifth house for 323 apartments at the Molodezhny residential complex on Chingiza Aitmatova Street. Azat Nigmatzyanov, first deputy head of the Executive Committee of Kazan, handed over the commissioning permit to the new developer in front of house owners.

The fifth house is the last delayed construction facility at the Molodezhny residential complex. The construction began in 2014, it was planned to complete it in 2016. However, due to the bankruptcy of the developer – OOO Molodezhny of the Fon group of companies, construction stopped almost at the very beginning. After a 5-year break, work resumed in 2020. The Tatarstan Foundation for the Protection of the Shared – equity Construction Participants became the new developer of the building. The construction of the challenging building was carried out under the federal program of support for equity holders with the assistance of the Executive Committee of Kazan. The construction work was carried out by the Ak tash company. In July, the inspection of the State construction supervision of the republic of Tatarstan confirmed the readiness of the house.

Three - entrance apartment building with variable number of storeys (from 16 to 20) for 323 apartments was built in less than a year. The yard is landscaped, there are children's and sports grounds, as well as an underground parking lot and a kindergarten in the house.

The house is commissioned in accordance with the original contract. The participants of the on-site meeting inspected the interior works of one of the apartments. The walls are plastered, the wiring of utility networks is made, meters, sockets and radiators are installed. The view to the Noksinsky forest from the window is nice.

The property owners thanked Azat Nigmatzyanov, first deputy head of the Executive Committee of Kazan, Ivan Novikov, Executive Director of the Tatarstan Foundation for the Protection of the Shared – equity Construction Participants, and Gazinur Akhmetov, Direct General of the Ak Tash company, for the commissioning of the building.

“I understand that this is a big event for you. Justice is done, and the house has been commissioned, the government has allocated finances. The house is excellent, there is all necessary infrastructure, - Azat Nigmatzyanov said and handed Ivan Novikov permission to put the facility into operation. – This is a basic document, now you will be able to register the ownership of the apartments that you have been waiting for so long”.

In the near future, the meeting of the owners will be scheduled to resolve organizational issues.
