Kazan will host poetry marathons of the project “Literary Yards”

<p> (KZN.RU, August 5, Ksenia Shvetsova). On August 6, poetry marathons of the project “Literary Yards” will start in Kazan. In August, various events will be held in the residential areas of the city with the participation of eminent residents of Tatarstan, said Azat Abzalov, the head of the Department of Culture, at the Business Monday. </p> <p> The venue for the project will be 9 yards in all areas of the capital of Tatarstan. According to A. Abzalov, the theme of literary yards in the new season will be diverse. “Theater, cinema, sports, the history of Kazan and the centenary of the TASSR, WorldSkills, nature – all this awaits the participants of the book holidays”, said the head of the Department of Culture. </p> <p> Many famous residents of the republic will take part in the project. For example, the guests of the theater yard will be Ilya Slavutsky, the People's Artist of the RT, actor Rishat Akhmadullin, and the masters of the Kamalovsky Theater, Honored Artists of Russia, People's Artists of the RT Nailya Garaeva and Daniya Nurullina. </p> <p> Film director Aleksey Barykin will visit the cinema yard; presenters of the TV channel “Efir” will show a special program dedicated to the centenary of TASSR within the yard theme. </p> <p> At each holiday, the mobile library complex “Bibliobus” will operate, and master classes, and sales exhibitions from book publishers will take place. </p> <p> “We invite all residents and guests of the city to visit the events of the project”, said A. Abzalov in conclusion. </p>
