Kazan will host an educational forum for employees of the hotel and restaurant industry HoReCa Club

The event will help industry professionals to receive guests during the WorldSkills Kazan 2019.

(KZN.RU, June 18). The HoReCa Club educational forum for the hotel and restaurant industry will be held on June 19 in Kazan.

Experts will share with participants of the forum the features of communication with guests from different countries, with complex guests, will tell about the correct processing of negative reviews. Also, forum participants will learn about the service and teamwork in difficult conditions, adherence to the principles of HACCP food safety, the legal framework and the strategy for the quality and safety of food products in Russia.

The main goal of the HoReCa Club Forum is to train the staff of the hotel industry to receive foreign guests, take stress situations and work in a large flow of visitors.

The forum is organized in preparation for the World Championship WorldSkills Kazan 2019, which will take place in the capital of Tatarstan in August.

The forum will take place in the hotel “Grand Hotel Kazan” (Peterburgskaya, №1), the beginning is scheduled for 10 am, report the organizers.
