Kazan will host the Russian Swimming Championship

About 850 best athletes of the country will compete for the title of winners in 46 disciplines.

(KZN.RU, October 23). From 7 to 12 of November, Kazan will host the Russian Swimming Championship (25m). About 850 best athletes of the country will compete for the title of winners in 46 disciplines. They will demonstrate swimming in freestyle, breaststroke, butterfly, back, and more. 50 judges will determine the best in the championship.

Kazan has hosted a federal competition for the fifth time. The champions of the Russian stage will be included in the national team and the country's sports reserve. The tournament is held with the support of the Ministry of Sports of the RF.

The opening ceremony is scheduled for 5:45 pm on November 7. The whole championship will be held in the Palace of Water Sports. Every day the preliminary swims start at 9 am, at 6 pm semifinal and final. The entrance to the competition is free, reports the Directorate of Sports and Social Projects.
