<p> The daily treatment of public transport with disinfectants is continuing in Kazan. According to experts, since the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic, this work has not been suspended for a single day. </p> <p> The municipal transport vehicles are disinfected at all transport enterprises of the city. </p> <p> “All buses when arriving to the depot after the end of the working day are cleaned at the car wash. After the external washing, the company's employees begin to wash and treat the interior”, - said Albert Davletshin, Director of operations at MBE PATP-4. </p> <p> Before the beginning of work, conductors and drivers visit a medical center where their temperature is taken. They must wear masks and gloves. </p> <p> The same strict measures for prevention the spread of viral infections are observed in the electric transport. There is a separate box for sanitary treatment of trolleybuses at the trolleybus depot on Dementiev street. “In total, we have 97 trolleybuses in this depot. In the evening and at night, they are fully treated”, - explained Airat Safin, Deputy General Director of Metroelectrotrans company. </p> <p> In the metro, in addition to the trains, escalators, terminals, handrails of elevator cabins and train waiting areas are cleaned daily, A.Safin added. </p>
