In Kazan, kindergarten № 302 equipped with animation studio opens after renovation

<p> Kindergarten № 302 on Yaroslava Gasheka Street, 9a, was opened in the Novo-Savinovsky district of Kazan after renovation. The work was carried out under the Family national project. The kindergarten is designed for 140 children and is equipped with an animation studio. </p> <p> «Over the past 10 years, we have successfully renovated 75 kindergartens. Of course, we would like to increase this number – to make as many renovated institutions as possible. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the heads of kindergartens and teaching staff. You are doing a great job, you find strength, patience and wisdom every day, putting your soul into raising children. The knowledge and skills that you pass on to kids are the foundation of their future. Thank you so much for your difficult but important work!» – Ilsur Metshin addressed the teachers. </p> <p> The kindergarten was built back in 1972. For 53 years of operation, a large-scale reconstruction has been carried out here for the first time. The roof was completely replaced, the utilities were updated, the drainage system was repaired and modernized, a new ventilation system was installed, and the interior work was carried out. The territory around the kindergarten has also been transformed: 11 playgrounds with shade canopies and a new sports ground have been set up. </p> <p> The kindergarten opened a group for children with intellectual disabilities. Ten children with developmental, social, or behavioral difficulties attend this group. A special educational program is being implemented for children with mental retardation. Two educators, a speech pathologist, a psychologist, and a speech therapist work in this group. Two speech therapy groups of 12 kids continue to function in the kindergarten. </p> <p> The kindergarten has a spacious gym, a music room, a medical room and a laundry room. Children learn to create cartoons at the animation studio. The kindergarten also offers classes in singing, choreography, English, chess, and football. </p>
