<p> (KZN.RU, March 13). The V International Theater and Education Forum “Nauruz” will be held in Kazan from May 28 to June 3. Its play-headliner will be the “Chernobyl Idiot” by Colombian director Alejandro Gonzales Puche. </p> <p> </p> <p> This year, the topic of the forum, established by the Ministry of Culture of the RT in 2010, will be the text. The organizers formulated it as follows: “The play is like a text. Music is like a text of the play. The artist's text is the image of the play”. Master classes, seminars, and lectures of famous specialists in acting, directing, management, PR-technologies, and other topics from different cities of Russia and abroad were included in the forum program. Yuri Alshits, a German teacher, is among invited guests. He organizes the theatrical laboratory “The Shaman's View” within the framework of the “Nauruz”. </p> <p> </p> <p> The play “Chernobyl Idiot” will be shown in Kazan twice on May 30 and 31 at the Tatar State Academic Theater named after G. Kamal. Fyodor Dostoyevsky's novel “The Idiot”, memories of the employees of the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant, and two films “Voices of Chernobyl”, based on the book by Svetlana Alexievich “Chernobyl Prayer”, and “Stalker” by the well-known director Andrey Tarkovsky, formed the basis of this play. According to the idea of the scriptwriters, Knyazh Myshkin returns to Pripyat 25 years after he was sent for treatment abroad. In search of his ancestors, he sees a new life in a place that has become the epicenter of one of the most massive catastrophes of the 20th century, reports the organizers of the forum. </p>
