The parkway “White flowers” was opened in Kazan

Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of Tatarstan, and Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, examined the new social space.

(KZN.RU, November 10, Alsu Safina). Today the new parkway “White flowers" was opened in Kazan. This new social space which had already become one of the most attractive places for citizens was examined by Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of Tatarstan, Alexander Uss, the Krasnoyarsk Region governor, and Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan.

The parkway has appeared in a few months instead of the parking place and now it stretches on Absalyamov street - from Yamashev avenue to Chetaev street. This new parkway will not only complement neighbouring the social spaces, the park of Victory and the park “Stanbul”, but also will provide to local residents a safe and comfortable way to the stops of public transport and houses.

By the way, nowadays we just have one part of this project - it is realised in the side of Yamashev avenue. Another part of the parkway on Chistopolskaya street is planned to equip next year. The financial resources to this project were allocated from the republic budget.

The guests examined the territory of the new parkway. So, an unusual art-object draws attention in the side of Yamashev avenue as the keys of printed machine with the letters of the Tatar alphabet which, as well as the title itself of the parkway, refers to the life and creativity of Abdurakhman Absalyamov, a Tatar writer. One more thing connected with him is the blossoming bushes and trees which will decorate the parkway with white colour in the spring (in total more than 1 thousand bushes and trees are landed here). Besides the photo-exhibition devoted to the writer is organised to the parkway opening.

The platform with a tent is next to the entrance zone. It is supposed that the various events will be led here, after a short time we will see a cafe as well. The guests went to the fountain which did not function at present because of ending of the season. Nataliya Fishman, an assistant to the President of the RT, explained that it would be the dry fountain. There was no the open pond here but water spray. It would be possible to have a rest by the fountain.

The children's zone is located in the park as well. Soon the training simulators and equipment for workout will appeared here. The sports equipment will be unique - the young and older citizens will be able to use it.

The videosupervision and illuminations are supplied in the park, as well as the automatic pouring and the bike lane. Nataliya Fishman said to the guests that the Kazan citizens participated actively in all phases of the project.
