The creation of polylingual educational complexes was discussed in Kazan

The first one will be constructed in Kazan, it will be named «Adymnar - to knowledges and consent».

(KZN.RU, April 1). Today Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of the Republic Tatarstan, held the meeting on the creation of polylingual educational complexes in Kazan. The first one will be created in Kazan based on general secondary school №165. It will be named «Adymnar - to knowledges and consent».

Mintimer Shaimiev, the State Councilor of the RT, Alexey Pesoshin, the Prime Minister of the RT, Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, Rafis Burganov, the deputy prime minister of the RT and the minister of Education and Science of the RT, Leila Fazleeva, the deputy prime minister of the RT, Ilshat Gafurov, the co-chairman of the headquarters of the regional branch of All-Russian Public Front in the RT, the rector of Kazan Federal University, and the heads of municipalities of the RT, the leaders and the representatives of the Ministries and Departments, industrial enterprises, schools, educational organisations of higher education also attendded the meeting.

Rustam Minnikhanov noted that in Tatarstan it pays big attention to the issues of the effective use of learning technologies and modern types of educational establishments. «For us, it is important that the children know native languages and at least one foreign language. We need to create the appropriate system, to prepare methology and, of course, we described improvements to the system of the studying languages, particularly native languages. Therefore I completely support the initiative of the fund «Vozrozhdenie». Based on given educational complexes we will improve education system», - emphasised Rustam Minnikhanov. He also added that the project had been already maintained by Vladimir Putin, the President of the Russian Federation.

We will remind that during the first phase in the republic it is planned to construct six polylingual complexes in Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Almetevsk, Nizhnekamsk and Elabuga. Designing and construction of the complexes will be implemented stage by stage. The complexes will also consist of kindergartens, in which children will receive a preschool preparation and education, as well as the centres of supplementary education. The polylingual educational complexes are called to provide a competitive education on Russian, Tatar and English languages, to become schools, where advanced, effective educational practices are used. The first polylingual educational complex will be created in Kazan based on general secondary school №165. It will be named «Adymnar - to knowledges and consent».

It is planned that the polylingual schools will interact with international system of associated UNESCO schools. The specific importance of pedagogical specialist preparation for the system was noted in the conference.
