The repair of roads under the national project “Infrastructure for Life” begins in Kazan

Fifty road workers and 20 vehicles are involved in the work at two locations - Yamasheva Avenue and Sakhalinskaya Street

In Kazan, a large-scale road improvement project has begun under the national project “Infrastructure for Life” - 12 road sections with a total length of approximately 7 kilometers will be renovated in the city. The road works has started in several areas of the city simultaneously. Preparatory work has already been completed on Sakhalinskaya and Yamasheva Streets.

Sakhalinskaya Street has become one of the first locations where road workers have begun work. As many as 28 road workers and 10 vehicles are involved on the section from Udarnaya Street to Przhevalskogo Street.

Alongside, construction work is underway in the Novo-Savinovsky district of Kazan, on Yamasheva Avenue, from Adoratskogo Street to the third transport dam. Twenty-five road workers and twelve road vehicles are involved in this project. For reference, 170 road sections are planned to be repaired in Kazan this year, including 12 under the national project “Infrastructure for Life” project. As of today, work is underway at ten sites. The completion rate is 66%.
