<p> (KZN.RU, May 27, Alena Miroshnichenko). In summer, new volumetric and horizontal flower arrangements will appear in Kazan. There will be WorldSkills Kazan 2019 championship talismans “Almaz” and “Altyn” on Millennium Square, “World in Your Hands” opposite the River Port, “Hearts” in the Universiade Village area, floral arches and balls on N. Ershov Street. Igor Kulyazhev, the deputy head of the Executive Committee, the chairman of the Committee for External Improvement, announced this today at the Business Monday. </p> <p> “Well-groomed trees, flower arrangements, and high-quality lawns became the feature of the capital of the RT. The issue of floral design in our city will also be given special attention taking into account that this year Kazan is holding an international championship in professional where competitors and honored guests from more than 60 countries will take part”, marked the speaker. On the eve of the championship, flower beds will be arranged on an area of 22.5 thousand square meters, 3.5 thousand flower pots will be placed. As a result, flowers will decorate streets, gardens, parks and city squares. </p> <p> In addition, it is planned to install 11 new flower compositions on the territory of the city, including the WorldSkills Kazan 2019 championship talismans: “Almaz” and “Altyn” in the Millennium Square. The appearance of flower beds will be enhanced by such floral compositions as “World is in Your Hands” opposite the River Port, “Hearts” in the Universiade Village area, “Swans” on Pavlyukhina Street, flower arches and balloons on N. Ershov Street, and others. </p> <p> Also, there will be new objects of floral design in the city. Floral inscriptions in the style and theme of WorldSkills will meet residents and guests of the capital of Tatarstan at the entrance to the city along the Orenburgsky Tract and in the area of the stadium “Kazan Arena”. </p> <p> “It is planned to carry out gardening of Aidinov and Tatarstan streets with planting fruit trees, ornamental shrubs, arranging flower beds. In recent years, the principle of “multi-tiered gardening” by planting trees, shrubs and grassy plants have been applied in Kazan”, said I. Kulyazhev. In general, this year it is planned to plant about 10 thousand trees and shrubs. </p>
