The festival “Vozmemsya Za Ruki, Druzya!” ended with the gala-concert in Kazan

230 special children performed on the stage of the center “Ekiyat”.

(KZN.RU, December 7, Alina Berezhnaya). Today, a gala concert of the Republican festival of artistic creativity of people with disabilities “Vozmemsya Za Ruki, Druzya!” (Rus. “Let's join hands, friends!”) was held on the stage of the children's center “Ekiyat”. The creativity holiday has become not only a platform for the discovery of talent, but also a place where children's dreams come true.

Over the 10 years of its existence, the festival grew fr om the district one into a large-scale interregional holiday. This year more than 600 children not from Tatarstan, Moscow, and Samara participated in the qualifying rounds. According to the results of the selection, 230 talented children reached the final round. Limited physical abilities are not an obstacle to performing on stage for them.

A fair of crafts made by wards of boarding schools of the republic was launched in the foyer of the theater.

Rustem Gafarov, the first deputy head of the Kazan Executive Committee, and the Leila Fazleeva, the deputy prime minister of the RT, congratulated gifted and strong-willed children on the finals. They were at the origin of “Vozmemsya Za Ruki, Druzya!” in 2008. Also, Tatiana Larionova, the deputy chairperson of the State Council of the RT, Liliya Mavrina, the secretary of the State Council of the RT, Roman Fatkhutdinov, the head of the Sovetsky district of Kazan, also took part in the gala concert.

“Our festival is expanding. Every year more and more talented children perform on the festival stage, I want to wish all success and great holidays”, said Rustem Gafarov.

Tatiana Larionova added that young artists cause an incredible sense of admiration.

The organizers of the festival, teachers of young talents and all those who contributed to the celebration were not left without attention as well. They were awarded diplomas and letters of gratitude.

The “Vozmemsya Za Ruki, Druzya!” is not just a festival of creativity, but a place wh ere children's dreams come true. 13-year-old finalist Renaz Gubaidullin from the Arsky district knows by heart all the songs of singer Salavat Fatkhetdinov, a People’s Artist of the RT. A child had dreamed all his life to meet his idol. During the qualifying rounds, Renaz had met the famous artist.

“I only saw him on TV, dreamed of taking a picture with him. We talked and also took a ride in his car, now I want to perform with him on the same stage”, Renaz Gubaidullin shared his impressions.

The festival brought a lot of happy moments to 18-year-old Timur Giniatullin from Kazan. The young man has cerebral palsy since birth, but the disease cannot take away the love of the scene. Timur loves to sing, he prefers the repertoire of Lev Leshchenko to contemporary artists. According to his grandmother Alfiya Giniyatullina, the grandson loves not only watching various shows, but also taking part in them himself. As part of the festival, Timur visited the backstage of the Kazan circus.

Traditionally young artists are supported by well-known media personalities of the republic. This year the singer Munir Rakhmaev, and Ak Bars players Dmitry Yudin (a defender) and Alexander Sharychenkov (a goalkeeper) have become headlines of the festival.

From spring to autumn of the next year, gifted children will perform at three more concerts, the audience is waiting for them in Arsk, Laishevo, and Pestrechinsky district of Tatarstan.
