Non-residential objects illegally built in the subways are being removed in Kazan

<p> (KZN.RU, July 25, Ksenia Shvetsova). The dismantle procedure of the non-residential objects illegally built has been changed in Kazan. Now not only the objects will be removed, but also the internal spaces of the buildings, structures and facilities municipally owned. This decision has been accepted at the meeting of the XXXV session of the Kazan City Duma which was held today in the Executive Committee under the chairmanship of Evgenia Lodvigova, the first deputy head of the Kazan Municipality. </p> <p> The fight against the non-residential facilities on the territory of Kazan is constantly being led, as Ruslan Fazylyanov, the chairman of the Committee of the Consumer Market, noted. He reminded that today the tenders on selling the rights to the non-residential facilities in the subways are being held in Kazan. However, the work goes very slowly and there are plenty of the non-residential objects with expired rent licenses in the subways. </p> <p> «To fight effectively against such objects it is necessary to make changes to order of dismantle procedure of the non-residential objects illegally built in Kazan, - R.Fazylyanov said. - The adoption of the law will promote the exercise of powers established by the existing legislation». </p> <p> The deputies unanimously approved of the decision project which was earlier considered at the meeting of the Commission on Law and Order. </p> <p> We will remind that in Kazan the public auctions were implemented the right to the non-residential facilities at four subways: at Yamashev and Amirkhan avenues, Dementev and Oleg Koshevoy streets, Ershov street, and Dekabristov and Vosstania street. These objects will be relevant to the common vision. </p>
