The object was sent to the storage facility until the court's decision to declare it unattended.
(KZN.RU, September 6, Alsu Safina). A shopping pavilion on Yamashev Prospect, №19a, in the Moskovsky district of Kazan that was illegally installed on the municipal land was dismantled today.
Local residents told that the pavilion with an area of 30 square meters was located on this place for many years. At various times, they traded food, household goods, and confectionery. The pavilion was empty at the time of arrival of special equipment, and the owner never showed up.
The work of dismantling illegally installed trade objects is conducted by the Executive Committee on a regular basis. “For today, about 400 illegally installed facilities have been identified during monitoring, about 250 of them have already been dismantled”, said Ruslan Fazylyanov, the chairman of the Committee of Consumer Market. For comparison, about 240 similar objects were dismantled in Kazan last year.
R. Fazylyanov explained that such objects of illegal trade are revealed by the Committee of the Consumer Market. After the publication of documents on the dismantling and relocation of illegally located movable property objects on the territory of Kazan in the collection of documents and legal acts of the Defense Ministry of Kazan, entrepreneurs have 5 days to dismantle the object voluntarily. Otherwise, the dismantling is carried out forcibly. This year 90 objects out of 250 were removed forcedly. The other owners were dismantled independently.
The chairman of the Committee of the Consumer Market also reminded that now the Executive Committee is working on introducing non-stationary trade objects into the legal field. At the moment, there are about 220 contracts for placing objects around the city.
Now the trading pavilion from Yamashev Prospect will go to a specialized storage facility on the Gorkovskoe Highway. The pavilion will be destroyed after the court decision on recognizing the object as ownerless and transferring it to municipal property.
