Unfinished «Svey» house on Chetaev street was discussed in the Executive Committee of Kazan

Azat Nigmatzyanov, the first deputy head of the Executive Committee, has held the construction staff meeting.

(KZN.RU, July 25, Alsu Safina). Today the weekly meeting on the construction of housing and social building units has been held in the Kazan Executive Committee. Among other questions the participants of the meeting has discussed a situation of the third house of the residential complex the OC «Svey» on the block 71а on Chetaev street. Azat Nigmatzyanov, the first deputy head of the Executive Committee, has held the construction staff meeting.

The OC «Svey» builder was issued a permit for the construction of 3-section of 9-floor house, however the apartments were sold as for 9-section of 18-floor residential house. The construction had decided to put a freeze during of the frame house erection. The project is necessary for the residential house erection with the relevant standards.

At the end of June an agreement of intention between the Department of Capital Construction and Reconstruction, the OC «Svey» and the Republican Fund for Support of Persons was reached on the decision for the development of plans and estimates for the building.

Today the agreement has been reached with the state expert review for the checking of insolation. Then the designers will prepare the project with technological and economical parameters which will be submitted for the consideration of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Kazan Executive Committee. During a week the Department will make a conclusion or remark on the project. After agreement with the document the design engineering will be possible to start.

We will remind the fourth house on Chetaev street for 136 apartments was built this spring. Apart from the third house the sixth one is still unfinished.

Vladimir Kudryashov, the deputy minister of Construction, and Architecture Serve and Housing of the RT, Ivan Novikov, the executive director of the Fund for the Support of Deceived Shareholders, Marat Samigulin, the head of the Department of Capital Construction and Reconstruction, Airat Ahmetkhanov, the deputy head of the Housing Policy Department, Olga Rossikhina, the manager of IASC «Alpha-Stroyproject», the representatives of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning, network organizations and city services, and others also took part in the meeting.
