277 teams from 107 countries to take part in the Games of the Future

The draw for the tournament in 10 disciplines takes place in Moscow

277 teams representing 107 countries have confirmed their participation in the Games of the Future. This was announced by Igor Stolyarov, the head of the Games of the Future project.

Today, VDNKh hosted the draw in the following disciplines: Phygital Football, Football for Friendship: Phygital, Phygital Basketball, Phygital Hockey, Counter Strike 2 + laser tag, Standoff 2 + laser tag, Warface + laser tag, Battle Tanks simulator, Dota2 and Mobile Legends: Bang Bang.

“The Games of the Future are an ever-expanding universe. We started with 16 disciplines, then we saw great interest and expanded the program to 21, now we have added football for friendship for children 9-13 years old. Agreements have already been signed with 277 teams from 107 countries - this is a serious international level,”- the Press Office the organizing committee quotes Igor Stolyarov.

The Games of the Future will take place in Kazan from February 21 to March 3, 2024.
