Tatarstan will receive about 70 thousand doses of the COVID-19 vaccine in the coming days. Lilia Galimova, head Tatarstan President’s Press Office, reported this today at the online briefing held on the Zoom.
Today, Tatarstan citizens have the opportunity to be vaccinated with the Sputnik V vaccine. In total, the republic received more than 13 thousand doses of the vaccine, 93.8% of which have already been used. “In the coming days, another supply of the Sputnik V is expected – about 70 thousand doses, the vaccine will be available to any citizen of Tatarstan”, - Lilia Galimova said.
In total, by the end of February, Tatarstan will receive about 190 thousand more doses of the Coronavirus vaccine.
For information, according to the requirements of Russian Agency for Health and Consumer Rights, residents and visitors of Tatarstan must wear masks and keep social distance while in public transport, shops, cinemas, theaters and other institutions.
