Dmitry Kadykeev headed the Office of Administrative and Technical Inspection of Kazan

Previously, he worked as deputy head of the Vakhitovsky and Privolzhsky districts of Kazan.

Dmitry Kadykeev, who previously held the post of deputy head of the Vakhitovsky and Privolzhsky districts’ administration of Kazan, was appointed the head of the Administrative and Technical Inspection (ATI) of Kazan. The new head of the staff of the ATI was presented yesterday by Evgeny Varakin, the head of the Office of the Executive Committee, and Ildar Shakirov, the deputy head of the Kazan Executive Committee.

At the Business Monday on July 1, it became known that Alfir Shamsutdinov left the post of head of the Administrative and Technical Inspection, heading the Kazan Housing Inspection.

Presenting the new head of the ATI, Evgeny Varakin noted the professional qualities of Dmitry Kadykeev. He began his career in this area as a chief specialist of the municipal control department of the Vakhitovsky and Privolzhsky districts of the Office of Administrative and Technical Inspection of the Kazan Executive Committee. “This is an experienced leader who knows the work in the field, the work of the administrative commission”, said E. Varakin.

Dmitry Kadykeev noted that the work of the ATI, as before, will be directed to the benefit of Kazan. “The team has been formed here; the employees are all experienced. I think together we will work for the good and prosperity of Kazan”, concluded D. Kadykeev.

Ildar Shakirov wished the staff of the Office of Administrative and Technical Inspection of Kazan well-coordinated work under the leadership of the new chief.

Dmitry Kadykeev was born on January 31, 1972, in the village of Parizh in the Nagaibaksky district of the Chelyabinsk Oblast. He has a higher education: in 1994, he graduated from the Magnitogorsk State Mining and Metallurgical Institute with a degree in metallurgical engineering.

From October 1994 to February 2003, he served in the Internal Affairs Bodies of the Magnitogorsk Department of Internal Affairs.

From April 2003 to January 2007, he worked as a specialist, the head of the security service of the OOO “Company Phaeton”, Magnitogorsk.

From August 2007 to February 2008, he worked as an agent for the debt management retail sector of the credit and cash office of OAO “Investsberbank”, Magnitogorsk.

From February 2008 to February 2010, he worked as an agent for the sector working with the debt business of the credit and cash office of OAO “OTP Bank”, Magnitogorsk.

From October 2010 to February 2011, he worked as an inspector at OOO “Ekos”, Nizhny Novgorod.

From February 2011 to August 2015, he worked as the chief specialist, the head of the municipal control department of the Vakhitovsky and Privolzhsy districts of the Office of Administrative and Technical Inspection of the Kazan Executive Committee.

From August 2015 to September 2017, he worked as the head of the public security department of the Vakhitovsky and Privolzhsy districts’ administration of the Kazan Executive Committee.

From September 2017 to June 2019, he worked as deputy head of the Vakhitovsky and Privolzhsy districts’ administration of the Kazan Executive Committee.

From July 1, 2019, he was appointed to the position of the Head of the Administrative and Technical Inspection of the Kazan Executive Committee.

He has a rank “municipal councilor of the 3rd class”. He was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Kazan Executive Committee (2016), the medal “XXVII World Summer Universiade 2013 in Kazan” (2014).
