4,500 athletes from five countries participated in the Night Kazan race

The event was held in the capital city of the Republic of Tatarstan last weekend

The Night Kazan Race took place in Kazan, attracting athletes from Russia, Kazakhstan, Cyprus, Belarus, and South Africa. The event took place on July 27-28 and featured a range of races for athletes aged 3-17, including 300m, 600m, and 1km races.

A group of young athletes, ranging from 3 to 17 years of age, participated in a 600-meter race, covering distances of 300, 600, and 1 kilometer. Afterward, the 5-kilometer races were held, with Kirill Dyatlov (15:43) and Alyona Efremova (17:40) emerging as the fastest competitors.

At midnight, the 10-kilometer race took place, with Oleg Ilyin (30:15) and Marina Smirnova (35:13) emerging as the top finishers.
