The “Good Food Truck” has a new location on Vorovsky Street, №25

A van with hot meals for the needy will work on a new point on Thursdays and Saturdays.

(KZN.RU, February 9). A new location, where a van with hot food for the homeless and needy come, appeared in the Moskovsky district of Kazan on Vorovsky Street, №25. Previously, there was a social dining room “Bakhetle”.

Hot meals at the new point will be organized on Thursdays at 12.30 pm and Saturdays at 4.30 pm within the test period (the next two weeks). In case of demand, the food truck will work more often. The organizers plan to give about 50 servings of food a day: first and second course, bread and drink.

Today the main location of the project is a square on Shahidi Street where the food truck works 5 days a week. In addition to this, the van arrives at the Veterans' House in the Privolzhsky district of Kazan on Tuesdays.

The charitable project “Good Food Truck” started in Kazan on November 28 in the framework of the city project of the City Hall “Good Kazan”. The initiator of the project was Rustam Ramazanov, a deputy of the Kazan City Duma and the general partner is “ArStroy”. The cafe “Azu”, “Khinkalnaya”, restaurants “Bulatov Group”, the Department of Food and Social Catering, charitable funds “Zakyat” and “Yardem” also joined the project.
