Broadcasts of the multisport tournament Games of the Future have been watched 3.5 billion times. This was announced at an open discussion at the Sport Forum Live in Moscow.

The competitions took place in the capital of Tatarstan from February 21 to March 3, and 2,000 athletes from more than 100 countries took part in games. The tournament was held in new disciplines using modern technologies, digital environment and physical activity.

“We managed to meet and exceed all performance indicators. We gathered 116 countries, but we honestly counted only athletes. Broadcasts in digital formats were counted. TV is considered differently in different countries. But we double-check everything, we audit ourselves, that is, we recalculate everything. Now the number of views is 3.5 billion,”- said Igor Stolyarov, head of Games of the Future.
