Tatarstan becomes the leader in the medal ranking of the IX “Young Professionals” (WorldSkills Russia) National Competition

The national team of the republic competed for awards in 127 competencies.

Tatarstan took the first place in the medal ranking in the final of the IX “Young Professionals” (WorldSkills Russia) National Competition. The results of the championship were summed up in Ufa. In total, the representatives of Tatarstan won 80 medals – 24 gold, 34 silver and 22 bronze.

One hundred and sixty-four members of the national team of the republic came to the final, 93 of whom performed in the adult category, 71– in the junior category, as well as 127 expert coaches. The Tatarstan national team competed for awards in 127 competencies, the Press Office of the Center for the Development of Professional Competencies reports.

“The national team of Tatarstan made a gift to the republic on the eve of the Day of the Republic. It was difficult competition. Postponement of event, weather conditions, high competition in each competence. Despite everything, Tatarstan has once again confirmed that the best young professionals of the country live and study here,”- Emil Gubaidullin, Director of the center, summed up the results of the competition.
